At MetaLife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your MetaLife account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a digital authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
